Capicorn females play mind games...?

Some clingy cap girl... Was mad cause I told her she way to attached to me.. We only went out once and I was drunk... all of the sudden she wants to spend all of my free time with her..... the other night she was texting me.... but she texted back a hour each time.... I ended up telling her lose my number ...she said if that what I wanted.... Lol that was very funny... is it normal for a cap to play mind games after rejection
