Do I have the right to Italian Citizenship?

My great-grandfather was born in Italy and moved to the United States. He never gave up his Italian citizenship. He married an American and he had a daughter in 1938 (my grandmother). My grandmother had my mother, and my mom had me. Nobody ever renounced their right to Italian citizenship. Do i have the right to claim Italian citizenship if i can prove my lineage?
