How many people have European ancestry?

I am Caucasian, a 2nd generation american since my father was born and raised in New York, New York, my mother though was born in Madrid,Spain but raised in Patterson, New Jersey. Her entire ancestry is 100% Spanish and My father's parents were German and had English and German lineage plus a very small percentile of Spanish blood. How many others are their like me?
