Russian family tree? How do I find it?

So I was born in the country of Uzbekistan, and my mother in Khazakstan, and father also in Uzbekistan. His parents were born in Poland, and hers in Ukraine. That is really all I know. I know its fairly easy to get a family tree in the USA, but where can I find my family lineage from Russia?
