Am part of the Hispanic ethnicity?

My mother was born in Madrid, Spain but raised in Patterson, New Jersey, her entire lineage and what not is Spanish. My father was born and raised in New York. His parents are German but his lineage and ancestry is German and English. I am a Floridian and I associate myself with the Caucasian race since I'm a white brunette, green eyed American. So am I Hispanic? I'm soon to take the SAT's and am uncertain on what to put. I have studied and all but this is what now racks my skull.
