If I was born in Australia, and my parents are Yugoslavian, can I claim my nationality to be Yugoslavian?

I don't think you can, as there is no Yugoslavian government to award citizenship, and no Yugoslav state to be a citizen of. Serbian nationality is the replacement (for Serbs), similarly Croatian nationality would be all you could claim if you were Croatian.
