If it came out that William was on Prozac would this affect his chances to sit upon the throne?

Not that I have any evidence that he does take it, though if you look at this lineage on the Spencer side there is some evidence of mental challenges and even illness, especially the grandfather. So I cast no aspersions nor do I hint at anything. My question is purely hypothetical. For William you could substitute any name you wished of an incipient head of state. So if it were revealed that he was insane and was taking Prozac to contain his madness withing manageable bounds, would there be constitutional implications as to his reign?
