Haven't heard about that but I can tell you this, if my village is anything to go by it has 2200 properties, there are people living in some of them properties who deserve to be homeless, dirty scruffy lazy people who claim from the tax payer and sit at home all day doing noting, nice people having to live next door to these wastes of a human skin, the smell the filth the overgrown gardens, if they are the people we were talking about I would agree, but not just at the whim of a politician.
